Terms of use

These terms govern use of https://fairwayco.golf and purchases from Fairway & Co. LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Products are described in good faith; colors may vary on screens. Prices are in US dollars and may change until you place an order.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may cancel for suspected fraud, inventory errors, or prohibited shipping destinations. Checkout is pay-by-invoice only: we email an invoice after you order, and we ship when payment clears. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless we say so.

Accounts

You are responsible for your password. Do not share login credentials. We may close accounts that abuse promotions or harass staff.

Intellectual property

Fairway & Co. names, product copy, and site design are ours or used with permission. You may not scrape the catalog for competing stores.

Limitation of liability

Golf involves risk. Accessories are not a substitute for lessons or course rules. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Some states do not allow certain limitations.

Governing law

Arizona law, excluding conflict rules. Venue: Maricopa County, Arizona, unless consumer law requires otherwise.
